P & R manufactures custom tubing, rings, spacers, sleeves and bushings to your specifications. P&R can produce parts through a variety of methods including cold heading, seamed pipe or seamless pipe, allowing for a wide variety of shapes and configurations, including round, square, rectangular, hexagonal or oval shapes. In addition, we can offer specialty features including flanges, weld nibs, serrations, splines/gears and through or blind holes.

Our cold heading process can reduce or eliminate secondary operations and minimize material waste to offer a cost-effective alternative to other manufacturing methods, while improving material strength through work-hardening.

These parts are used in diverse applications, including suspension systems, engine components, frame supports, and seating systems, and can be made from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and brass.
